Realtor Seminars/Presentations 
As a public service, we frequently offer free educational mini-seminars for continuation credits in NYS on identifying defects in new and resale homes and on home maintenance, home inspections and energy conservation. Our certified and experienced staff can also provide customized presentations to groups for virtually any topic relating to the home inspection industry including indoor environmental quality, mold, oil tanks, and lead-based paint. Our classes are accomplished on Sundays and we will come out to your office to conduct a class.
